Billy Bob's in Ft. Worth, Texas
After Traveling to NYC in the fall, I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to travel to Dallas, TX for the National Broadcasting Society National Convention with other members of UC’s NBS Chapter. This turned out to be a fun trip because it was a road trip from Cincinnati to Dallas; something I haven’t done in a while. After the long drive and arriving in Dallas, the Convention turned out to be pretty good, with various industry professional speakers and seminars that allowed Broadcasting and Communication students the opportunity to further their careers. Although it was a good convention, numbers were down from previous years, but hopefully those numbers will increase for the National Convention in 2011 in Los Angeles, CA. Looking forward to it!
